Alt Aponian flag
Aponian is a diamoric orientation referring to someone who is genderless, agenrine, agiaspec (on the agender spectrum), or otherwise agender individuals who are attracted, exclusively or not, to other genderless etc. individuals. Aponian also acts as an umbrella term for all sexualities describing a genderless individual's attraction.
The term can be used by anyone who is genderless and/or agiaspec. This includes anyone who is multigender, anyone who is genderfluid, genderflux, and many other identities, so long as they are at least partially and sometimes agiaspec.
History & Coining[]
The term was created on July 7th 2021 on tumblr by Queerness-Lover/fandom user IIAprionII.
Apon comes from the greek root which means 'absent'. It was chosen to describe the absence of gender experienced by genderless individuals.
Flags[]
The official Aponian flag was created by fandom user ||Aprion|| on tumblr. The gray represent the genderless part of the term.
The alternate flag was likely also made by the same user. The green cross represent the color of Agenrine, Agender and Agiaspec flags. The other colors was taken from the Gendervoid flag and other flags.
