Demixenogender, also known as Demix, is a gender in which one partially, but not fully, identifies with any given xenogender. One may or may not identify as another gender in addition to a xenogender. Some may feel that they are partially more than one xenogender.
The feminine counterpart is demigirl, the masculine counterpart is demiboy, the non-binary counterpart is deminonbinary, and the agenrine counterpart is demiagender.
History & Coining[]
Demixenogender was originally coined by Tumblr user the-gender-collector-emself on February 11, 2020 and suggested the alternate name "demix." This original po0st did not contain a definition and has been deleted with the blog no longer available.
The term was alter defined/recoined by Tumblr user idvault on November 16, 2020. It was given a full definition in this post.
