Gender-Sporadic is a term similar to genderfluid and abrogender referring to those whose gender changes but does not follow a specific pattern and feels sporadic.

The blue gradient on the flag represents a randomized and sporadic experience of binary genders, the green gradient represents the same experience with non-binary genders, and the grey stripe represents existing in the grey, unspecified areas of gender.
