Introsexual is a sexual modifier specifically for introjects in systems that only want to date and are only attracted to other introjects. This term may be considered a subset to aliquasexual or just generally be considered an ace-spec identity because of this exclusivity in their attraction.
This term can also be used as a sexual modifier that falls under the imprisexual umbrella, meaning an introject who has a preference for other introjects.
This term can also be used for other forms of attraction, such as intromantic, introplatonic, introalterous, etc.
