Masexual or mansexual refers to someone who is exclusively attracted to men. The term includes not only binary men but also could include masculine-aligned non-binary individuals and such, depending on the user of the term. It was originally coined with non-binary individuals in mind, as a way of avoiding calling themselves gay or straight, but anybody can describe themselves as masexual.
A common misconception regarding masexual is that it exists, or is heavily used for queern't or non-queer individuals to insert themselves into the LGBTQ+ community. This is a misconception due to the fact that masexual in those contexts is not considered an LGBTQ+ term as it is not exclusively describing queer attraction. It is, however, important to never invalidate somebody for using this term or similar terms if they mean no harm and are not attempting to call themselves LGBTQ+.
The femaric equivalent to this term is womasexual.
