Non-Classic Sex-Trait Sofrimento, shortened to NCST Sofrimento, also called Non-Classic Sofrimento, is an umbrella term used to describe the disconnect, dysphoria and/or dysmorphia towards one or more of an individual's secondary sex traits. This could be due to one's gender identity, altersex identity, intersex body, trauma, neurodivergence or anything else.
This refers to one's muscle tone, nipples, Adam's apple and body hair.
One who has NCST sofrimento may also experience chest sofrimento, genital sofrimento and/or gonadal sofrimento. One may also experience NCST euphoria as well.
NCST sofrimento can be experienced by anyone, regardless of whether they are cisgender, transgender, non-binary, anonbinary, etc.
Muscle Tone Dysphoria, shortened to MT Dysphoria, is a feeling of discomfort, distress or self-hatred stemming from a disconnect between one's internal desire of muscle tone and one's actual muscle tone, due to the fact that one feels as though their muscle tone does not correctly represent their gender identity.
Muscle Tone Dysmorphia, shortened to MT Dysmorphia, is a feeling of discomfort, distress or self-hatred towards one's muscle tones that causes or comes from a desire for a different type of muscle tone.
Nipple Dysphoria is a feeling of discomfort, distress or self-hatred stemming from a disconnect between one's internal desire of nipples and one's actual nipples, due to the fact that one feels as though their nipples don't correctly represent their gender identity.
Nipple Dysmorphia is a feeling of discomfort, distress or self-hatred towards one's nipples that causes or comes from a desire for a different type of nipple, or none at all.
Adam's Apple Dysphoria, shortened to AA Dysphoria, is a feeling of discomfort, distress or self-hatred stemming from a disconnect between one's internal desire of an Adam's apple and one's actual Adam's apple, due to the fact that one feels as though their Adam's apple does not correctly represent their gender identity.
Adam's Apple Dysmorphia, shortened to AA Dysmorphia, is a feeling of discomfort, distress or self-hatred towards one's Adam's Apple that causes or comes from a desire for a different type or size of Adam's apple.
Body Hair Dysphoria, shortened to BH Dysphoria, is a feeling of discomfort, distress or self-hatred stemming from a disconnect between one's internal desire of body/facial hair and one's actual body/facial hair, due to the fact that one feels as though the amount of hair on their body does not correctly represent their gender identity.
Body Hair Dysmorphia, shortened to BH Dysmorphia, is a feeling of discomfort, distress or self-hatred towards one's body/facial hair that causes or comes from a desire for a different amount of body/facial hair.
