A Pansexual Lesbian (Pan-Lesbian for short) is somebody who is both Pansexual and a Lesbian. There are many reasons somebody would use this label, but are not limited to:
- Using the Split Attraction Model (Example being panromantic and lesbian)
- Identifying as both Pan and Lesbian due to having a changing sexuality (Abrosexual for example)
- Pan-Lesbian may be used by an pansexual/panromantic person who prefers non-men.
- Using Lesbian as an umbrella term
- Being apart of a Plural System
