Romance-indifferent flag
Romance-Indifferent is a romance stance that describes an individual who has no strong feelings regarding the concept of romantic interaction. The term is commonly used by individuals on the aromantic spectrum, but it is not exclusive to the community.
Romance-indifferent individuals are not repulsed by romantic interactions or concepts, but they are also not favorable towards them. Romance-indifferent individuals may choose to engage in romantic activities for the enjoyment of a partner, economic reasons, artistic expression, etc.
Some individuals may be indifferent towards certain romantic acts, while feeling favorable or repulsed by other romantic acts. The term romance-ambivalent may be used to describe this experience instead.

The term has existed within the aromantic community for many years with no clear first coining. The term was recoined for the purpose of providing a concrete source by AnonymousHermitCrab on the r/asexuality subreddit on April 27, 2022.
