Uingender is an umbrella term for any genders that are unknown, unnamed, undecided, unsure, undefined, unidentified, unquantifiable, unexplainable, or undetermined in nature, (hence the use of UIN). The term can also act as a standalone identity to describe anyone whose gender is undefinable, isn't fully know, is unidentifiable, or similar.
